Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and LTG for using our website and games. By using LTG, you agree to them.

1Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using LTG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use LTG on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

2The service

LTG provides interactive, game-based lessons and challenges for learning skills such as SQL, along with features like progress tracking, achievements, and a leaderboard. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some parts of LTG can be used anonymously; others (such as syncing across devices or appearing on the leaderboard with a permanent identity) require an account.

3Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13 years old) to create an account.
• Anonymous progress is tied to your device and browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data without creating an account.
• Tell us promptly at d@deeprajr.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4Acceptable use

When using LTG, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate these terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Probe or attack systems except within features expressly provided for practice (queries you run in the game execute in your own browser sandbox).
• Scrape, resell, or misuse the service or its content, or use automated means to inflate scores.
• Upload or display content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing.

5Names, photos & other content

You may choose a display name and upload a profile photo (“your content”). You keep ownership of your content, and you grant LTG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service — including showing your name and photo publicly on the leaderboard if you choose to appear there.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to use it. Don’t use names or images that are offensive, impersonate others, or infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content or names that breach these terms.

6Leaderboard & fair play

The leaderboard is meant to be fun and fair. Manipulating scores, exploiting bugs to gain rank, or creating multiple accounts to game the board is not allowed, and we may reset scores or remove entries that appear illegitimate.

7Our intellectual property

LTG, including its lessons, challenges, text, design, logos, and software, is owned by its creator (deeprajr.com) and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use LTG for your own learning. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

8Third-party services

LTG relies on third-party providers (for example, Supabase for data and authentication, and Google for optional sign-in). Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9Disclaimers

LTG is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or correct. Learning outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTG and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11Termination

You may stop using LTG and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as LTG evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use LTG after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of LTG resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at d@deeprajr.com so we can try to resolve it directly. If LTG is acquired by or operated under a registered company in future, this section will be updated to name the specific governing jurisdiction.
